It’s a FREE 2-hour interactive workshop designed to support women through the challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

Camilla (right on photo) - Nutrition Coach Camilla specialises in guiding women toward balanced nutrition that supports hormonal health and overall well-being during menopause, empowering you to make informed choices on your journey.
