They are trained to navigate the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that come with menopause, and can provide valuable information and resources to better understand what’s happening in your body. This knowledge empowers you to make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.

With Dawn’s first-hand experience navigating peri-menopause and its effects on her mental and physical health, coupled with her training as a Menopause Coach – she’s dedicated to helping women improve their lifestyle through better self-care, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing and fitness.
From 1:1 support, to our 6-week Menopausal Mind and Body Reset Program, she’ll guide you through this life change in the all-important areas of:
Movement – Yoga and pilates classes are an incredible way to not only help you manage weight during menopause, but also boost energy levels and mood. In fact, research has found yoga can actually decrease menopause symptoms and increase quality of life! We’ll design a tailored fitness program that addresses your personal needs, taking into account factors like bone health, muscle tone, and cardiovascular fitness.
Nutrition - Balanced nutrition is key to managing the changes that accompany menopause. Dawn provides personalised meal plans and recipes that focus on essential nutrients for bone health, heart health, and hormonal balance, to meet your body’s changing needs.
Mindfulness – It’s SO important to maintain a healthy mind/body connection throughout menopause, and we offer powerful mindfulness exercises, tools, and meditations to help you relax and restore that inner peace.
Support - Menopause is not just a physical transition; it's a deeply emotional one as well. We offer emotional support and techniques for managing stress, helping women build resilience and confidence in themselves.
