The New Year, New You: 8-Week Habit Stacker Challenge is a holistic program that addresses Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, Accountability and Community. It’s more than just fitness—it’s about creating lasting habits that support your overall health.

You’ll strengthen your body, improve your mindset, nourish yourself, and stay on track with continuous support.

What’s Included?

Progress Tracking: Track your weight, measurements, and overall progress, plus a FREE body scan!

Nutrition Coaching: With expert guidance to help you fuel your body, improve digestion, and manage cravings, you’ll stay on track to meet your goals.

Nutrition Resources: A 2-day Detox Plan, Guilt-Free Eating Guide, and Protein-Packed Recipes to keep you energised and feeling great.

Pilates & Yoga Classes: Strengthen and tone your body with classes designed to support your fitness journey.

Accountability Buddies: Stay motivated and on track by pairing up with a challenge buddy.

Wellness Catch-Ups: Regular check-ins to ensure you’re staying aligned with your goals and making progress.

Supportive Community: Connect with like-minded individuals for support and motivation throughout the challenge.


How Will the Challenge Go?

💪 Week 0: Info and Sign-Up Session (18 January 2025, Saturday, 9.30 am at Thornlands Dance Palais)

Kick off the challenge with an introduction to the program. We’ll cover core concepts, outline the program details, provide essential resources, and hold a Q&A session. This is also where you officially sign up, and your starting measurements will be taken.

💪 Week 4: Mid-Point Check-In
At the halfway mark, we’ll check your progress with a weigh-in, measurements, and a quick reflection. This is your chance to recalibrate and ensure you’re on track to smash your goals.

💪 Week 4: Final Check-In & Wrap-Up

Complete your journey with final measurements and celebrate your achievements. The challenge winner will receive a special gift!


How can I join?

Everyone is welcome to join the New Year, New You: 8-Week Habit Stacker Challenge, regardless of age, gender, or ability, as long as you’re ready to commit to this journey.

You’ll have all the support you need—an accountability buddy, the guidance of a health and wellness coach, a nutrition coach, resources, and a structured framework—but it only works if you’re willing to take action.

For New Dawn members (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD):

Joining the challenge is FREE. All you need to do is book for the Info and Sign Up Session in the booking app.

If you’re not yet a member:

Access to this challenge is FREE when you sign up for any of our Memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold) or class packs of 10.
