We’ll tackle common holiday struggles: overeating, inconsistent workouts, stress, and low energy.

With our holistic approach, combining Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, and Accountability, you’ll stay vibrant and ready to take on the new year with confidence!

How Will the Challenge Go?

💪 Week 0: Info and Sign-Up Session (23 November 2024, 12.00 PM at Thornlands Dance Palais)

Kick off the challenge with an introduction to the program. We’ll cover core concepts, outline the program details, provide essential resources, and hold a Q&A session. This is also where you officially sign up, and your starting measurements will be taken.

💪 Week 4: Final Check-In & Wrap-Up

Complete your journey with final measurements and celebrate your achievements. The challenge winner will receive a special gift!


How can I join?

Everyone is welcome to join the Stay in Shape: 8-Week Habit Stacker Challenge, regardless of age, gender, or ability, as long as you’re ready to commit to this journey.

You’ll have all the support you need—an accountability buddy, the guidance of a health and wellness coach, resources, and a structured framework—but it only works if you’re willing to take action.

For New Dawn members (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD):

Joining the challenge is FREE. All you need to do is book for the Info and Sign Up Session in the booking app.
