Hi lovely, I'm Dawn.
You're probably reading this as you need time away for yourself to relax, process your thoughts and emotions, or simply reward yourself for all your hard work. And that's great because you recognise YOUR need!
Like you, I have many roles 24/7—a mum to 3 beautiful children, a partner, a friend, a pilates and yoga instructor, and a business owner. It may be more for you, which is why we need to recharge.
Once in a while, we need a few days to ourselves to unplug and practise self-care so we can love more and be more to the people around us.
This is why I created Women's Wellness Retreats. I want to provide you with a safe space to relax, restore and reconnect with yourself and other like-minded women.
Because you deserve the love you so generously give to others. You deserve to be taken care of in the most loving way.
