Full Breathwork and Hypnotic Meditation
In breathwork, you become present with what is and at the same time allow our consciousness to shift to observe and experience ourselves without agenda, judgment or expectation. It is a powerful tool to release what no longer serves you and come to peace with all that is.
Everyone will experience this differently so let go of your expectations now. Janne, our practitioner, will guide you safely into your subconscious mind on this 1 hour breathwork experience.
We will finish off with a guided hypnotic meditation to boost your confidence and self esteem ready to take on the world.
Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Melt your stress away and find your inner peace and calm with Meditation. Let go of tension and find relaxation with mindful movement through Gentle Yoga.
Reflection Circle
Surround yourself with like-minded people and perhaps, make new friends!
