As someone who came to yoga from a place where she needed to prioritise her health and wellbeing, Kayla found a nurturing and empowering practice with practical tools to use in times of heightened anxiety and stress.

During this half-day retreat, she will share the tools she uses to care for her mental health in her everyday life for you to take off the mat and use whenever you need them, too. Kayla is an experienced yoga teacher with a training background in Mental Health Aware and trauma sensitive yoga.
